Refund Policy

Our Estate Property Holdings invoices for real estate leasing and management services rendered during the preceding month or quarter. All fees are earned upon delivery of the monthly management report or upon the first day of the real estate leasing period. Because these services are fully performed, no refunds or credits are issued for any billing period. All leases are executed at fair market value, based on independent valuations, and are structured to comply with IRS related‑party transaction rules and state corporate laws.
